Intro Assessment

We start all prospective members off with a 1:1 conversation to understand where you're at and where you want to go.

This is your chance to meet your coach, ask questions, and get clear on your current strengths, past training history limitations, and priorities.

Create A Plan

Together, we create a personalised plan that covers your training, nutrition, and level of accountability you need — with the option to include personal training sessions if needed.

This sets the roadmap for your first 6 weeks and ensures you're set up for long-term success.

Start Training

Once you're confident and ready, you’ll jump into our group classes with the support of expert coaches and a community that actually cares.

Every session is coached, structured, and adapted to meet you where you’re at — so you can train with purpose and keep progressing.
