Why Kids Training?

Our kids strength and conditioning program in Hoppers Crossing is built on expert coaching, age-appropriate progressions, and a fun, encouraging environment that builds confidence, coordination, and physical and mental resilience.

Whether they’re new to training or already active in sport, we teach kids how to move safely, develop strength, and enjoy the process — all while being supported by coaches who care and peers that cheers them on.

Led by Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) accrediated teachers and experienced coaches, our Kids classes are designed to build strength, fitness, power, speed, coordination, core strength, and skill — all in a way that’s fun, safe, and age-appropriate.
